What are the requirements to lease a property with CTR Property Management?
Tenants wanting to lease a property from CTR Property Management will require several things depending on owner requirements. Normally, you will need to provide evidence of income equal to three times of the rental amount, verification of past rent, and adequate credit history. You will also need to provide documentation as to your identification (Valid Drivers License). In addition, a completed background, eviction, and SS check is required with every lease.
How much is the application fee?
The application fee is $45 per individual 18 years or older.
How do I apply?
Please call the property manager to obtain lease application or if working with a real estate agent, he or she can provide application.
What do I do if there is a repair or maintenance issue at the property?
Repairs and maintenance requests can be communicated to us via email or in writing through the U.S. Postal service. Emergency repairs can be called in through our 24 hour answering service.(832) 928-8485.
